Local man dies in well top electrocution mishap
Donald Richardson 23 of 609 S Fruitland Drive died Monday from electrocution after contact with a truck near a 12 000 volt power line at J P White farm east of Roswell He and Fred Beverage worked to raise the well mast and contact with the truck caused the fatality Deputy Leroy Carpenter said the incident occurred around 2 14 p m and Dr David LaMure called the death instantaneous Funeral services will be held in Grand Junction Colorado Richardson recently moved from LaMont Wyoming to Roswell.
