Roswell prepares for war time on Monday February 9 with clocks moved ahead one hour. On Saturday residents will buy war bonds and defense stamps to fund national safety. The piece praises U S war efforts, Morgenthau’s debt remarks, and urges universal compliance with the new time regime.
