Independent truckers blockade two Albuquerque diesel pumps as business leaders assess impact. Singer Business Machines warns a week long strike could force layoffs and shift to air shipments. Sandia Laboratories and Presbyterian Hospital anticipate impacts, with railroads seeing increased demand as trucks falter.
