De Gaulle Billed for NATO Bases by U S and Allies

The United States and NATO partners present France bills totaling about 800 million dollars for military installations left behind after Charles de Gaulle expelled them. Medicaid Hearing Probes Hospital Services in New Mexico

Welfare System On the Rocks Says New Mexico Official

John Jasper, head of New Mexico Health and Social Services, told a Presidential Commission that the federal state welfare merger is failing to solve problems and should be fundamentally restructured.
