Roswell Man Pleads Guilty in Firearm Possession Case
Gary Montoya 27 pleaded guilty in Las Cruces Federal Court to being a felon in possession of a firearm after a June 23 2010 Roswell traffic stop. A Walther P99 .40 caliber pistol and ammo were found during a towed-vehicle search tying him to the gun and a stolen property check.
