Public Scout Court of Honor in Roswell Friday Night

A Roswell Court of Honor will be held Friday night at the Community House to recognize local Scouts. Burton Miller seeks a Scout Badge after passing tests. five Roswell Eagle Scouts are named, with DP. N. Rape presiding and Carl Bird and others on the court. Attendance urged by organizers.

State Health Budget Cut Ten Percent in New Mexico

Santa Fe, N M December 29 The state health bureau budget will be trimmed by ten percent under current appropriations for the present fiscal year announced by Dr J R Earp director The reductions include salary cuts and were made to bring the budget to the lower target for the next two fiscal years as approved by the state public welfare board.
