Activision targets EA in 400 million lawsuit

Activision Blizzard amended its LA Superior Court complaint seeking 400 million, alleging Electronic Arts lured former Call of Duty officials Jason West and Vince Zampella away in 2009. The suit accuses EA of contract interference, unfair competition, and fiduciary breaches connected to Respawn and related personnel moves. West and Zampella founded Respawn after leaving Activision.
