Do Not Let Holidays Bring You Down This Christmas
A guidance note urges seniors and others facing lonely holidays to seek company and support. It encourages inviting friends to meals, joining local groups like Senior Circle, JOY Center, or Community Kitchen, and volunteering to help others. It notes mood ups and downs pass, and to seek help if persistent. A Christmas breakfast at Price's Restaurant is proposed with RSVP details.
