Supreme Court keeps Dairy Rule hearings in Roswell
The New Mexico Supreme Court upheld a lower court ruling to keep the Dairy Rule hearings in Roswell. The decision blocks a move to hold hearings in Santa Fe and ensures the Southeast region, where most dairies are located, remains the venue. The dates Dec 9 to 12 were not finalized and will be set at the next WQCC meeting.
