T. H. Flint president of the First National Bank at Artesia announced that depositors who contributed to the depositor fund during the moratorium will receive forty percent of their contribution. Ten percent was paid shortly after opening in July, bringing total payments to fifty percent. The bank has repaid 54 percent of the depositors trust fund, paid the Regional Agricultural Credit Corporation 125000 since March 2, and wiped clean bills payable while collateral held by the RAC C has been returned.
