Robert Vigil, 46, arrested in Roswell on 90 counts of criminal sexual penetration and 90 counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor. Offenses alleged between 1995 and 1997 involving a girl in grades 1 through 4. Bond set at $60,000. Preliminary hearing scheduled for 9 a.m. Dec 21.
