Mrs J Hall of Midland Texas has pursued a pardon for her brother Kinch Mullins who is serving a life term for the 1903 Roswell murder of Tony Staufinger. Mullins and Staufinger were close friends until a dispute over money led to the fatal shooting.

Hugh Cary with sister Carrie Fruchey maid of honor and Edna Springer Anna Louise Brownlee as ribbon bearers. The couple left for Chicago then will reside in Roswell. Mook returns to Roswell after years in Marion with his father M Mook while Nellie is noted as a prominent Marion social figure.
