In Norris Tennessee three CCC boys Elwood Kramer, Charles De Palma, and Jacob Klein died when a fire swept through barracks near Norris Dam. Four workers were slightly burned. the blaze caused about $12,000 in damage. Missing include Klein and De Palma. identity of Kramer not yet confirmed. Fire started shortly after midnight. cause unknown. Firemen from Norris aided. camp largely destroyed except recreation building, one barracks, and officer quarters.

Two Dallas Women Die In New Mexico Crash
Mrs Henry Ellison of Lordsburg and Mrs Guy Ellison of Dallas Texas were fatally injured in an auto wreck eighty miles west of Lordsburg when their car collided with a truck.
