Roswell Woman Pleads Guilty In Drug Trafficking Case
Cheryl Ann Gruette 51 and co defendant Cecil Edward Sexton 73 of Roswell pled guilty in Las Cruces federal court to conspiracy to distribute heroin and possession with intent to distribute. Investigators seized 273.6 grams of heroin along with cash and paraphernalia during a January 2 search in Roswell. Sentencing could reach 20 years in prison with supervised release.
