NMMI case unfolds with juvenile player amid legal records dispute
The case centers on Adjekuko and Butler accused of conspiring to assault a NMMI campus student on November 19. Adjekuko, a Dunwoody High School graduate, is awaiting a January 7 preliminary exam. The Daily Record challenges redactions in a police report, arguing FERPA does not shield campus law enforcement records.
