PNM Settles FERC Generation Rate Case with Navopache
PNM Resources filed an agreement with FERC to settle the Navopache Electric Cooperative generation rate case. The deal extends the Navopache contract ten years and locks in rates until January 1, 2015. It does not change NM retail rates and supports a 0.03 higher 2012 EPS vs 2011 with a 36.7 million imputed rate base and 50-50 debt equity.
