Four men charged in abuse at Winchester Dairy. one pleads guilty

Jose Luis Zuniga-Lira, 42, of Artesia, pleaded no contest to two misdemeanor counts of animal cruelty and received two concurrent 364 day sentences suspended on probation. The case stems from an undercover Mercy For Animals investigation at the former Winchester Dairy in Midway in 2014.
