Mystery Locket Ties to Late Uncle Roy in Roswell Story
A Roswell man named Roy Granville Wood, born 1899 in Marble Falls, is alleged by an anonymous tipster to be the uncle pictured in a locket found by Marcella Flores. The tale spans family moves from Bland Street to Albuquerque and California, wartime service, a divorce, and a long search for a long-lost love wife in Hondo, with ongoing questions about how the locket ended up in an empty lot near Flores's former home.
