Roswell man surrenders in hotel murder case
Frank Moss a 29 year old Roswell man charged with three felonies in the murder of Ashley Sena turned himself in at Chaves County Magistrate Court. Moss faces tampering with evidence bribery of a witness and possession of a firearm by a felon. Investigators say Sena 31 was shot in the face and found at a local hotel. Hawkins 35 was arrested in Albuquerque on a related warrant.
