Skeen champions free enterprise at Optimist Club rally

Joe Skeen, Republican gubernatorial candidate, preached free enterprise over government controls to revive the economy at the Sally Port Inn. He argued California’s inflation was caused by government spending and urged New Mexico to become the leading U S electricity producer while noting rising population and the need for future jobs outside federal programs. Jockey Club to buy Ruidoso and Sunland race tracks
