City delays Roswell adult center fee plan
Roswell delays a Sept 1 start date for new fees at the Roswell Adult Center and Roswell Recreation and Aquatic Center to allow time for council review. City Manager Joe Neeb announced the postponement at a public forum, aiming for 30 to 45 days of discussion before implementation.
