Chicago AP Jimmy Hoffa plans to appeal after being sentenced by Judge Richard B. Austin to four concurrent five year terms plus a $10000 fine. The sentence runs after an eight year Chattanooga Tennessee term. Maurice Walsh Hoffa’s chief attorney said the appeal will seek a new trial within ten days.
