Shooting Victim Remains Hospitalized in Lubbock
Francisco Rodriguez 29 remains in serious condition at University Hospital in Lubbock after a shooting on Spruce Avenue in Roswell. He and a 15 year old passenger were wounded around 7 am Monday and flown to Lubbock for treatment. the teen was listed as satisfactory on Wednesday.

Police Briefs Roswell Larceny and Burglaries Reported
Roswell police logged larceny at South Main Street cemetery where decorations including Virgin Mary figurines were stolen from a grave. In a separate Aggravated Vehicle Burglary a 1999 Toyota Tacoma lost a 9 mm handgun, golf clubs and about 20 CDs. A 1992 Jeep Cherokee was shot at near East Lewis and Grand Avenue causing about 2500 in damage. Midtown Apartments saw a residential burglary with four male suspects fleeing in a dark colored vehicle NM plate 293FRR and a PC valued at 800 was taken.
