Fugitives' trail fades after Arkansas lead fizzles
The search for escaped Arizona inmate John McCluskey and Casslyn Welch stalled as authorities said they have no solid leads on the couple. They are described as dangerous and may travel by long-haul trucking using a 1997 Nissan Sentra while changing appearance. The pursuit spans Arizona to Montana and Arkansas with sightings in Billings and St Mary and ongoing checks at borders and campgrounds.
