Roswell to form Blue Ribbon Committee for bond issue
Mayor Jerry N. Smith announced a Blue Ribbon Committee of civic leaders to promote a 4.25 million bond package voted September 13. The three issues include 2.75 million for storm sewers 1.25 million for street repair and 250 thousand for park improvements with 78 percent and 50 percent federal matching funds respectively.
