CAPE CANAVERAL Fla AP low clouds kept shuttle Discovery and its seven crew from an early return after two failed landings. Flight director LeRoy Cain said they would attempt to land today at Kennedy Space Center Edwards Air Force Base or White Sands New Mexico with Edwards favored for good conditions and White Sands as last resort. NASA officials stressed caution and wheels stop before celebration while Administrator Michael Griffin noted there is no agony in delaying the landing.
