On March 30 2012 Toles Com Ltd et al c o Perry S Toles filed Application RA 2987 seeking to temporarily change the location of well RA 2987 and place of use for 551.43 acre feet per year of artesian groundwater to 781.8 acres owned by Jimmy D Pack two miles west and 3 1/2 miles southwest of Roswell New Mexico The permit would expire end of Water Year 2016 with rights reverting October 31 2016 objections due within ten days by fax or mail to the Office of the State Engineer in Roswell NM
