County plans 20 year growth guide eyed by Chaves officials
Chaves County commissioners held a workshop on a long range comprehensive plan to guide growth for the next two decades. Project leaders John Valdez and Smith Engineering outlined aims including growth guidance, grants leverage, essential element focus, and regular updates.
