Festival of Hope Easter Event Draws Roswell Crowd
Around 700 people attended the Festival of Hope egg hunt and breakfast at the Roswell Boys & Girls Club on Easter Sunday. Prison Door Ministry sponsor Johnny Gonzales led 60 volunteers at the club and at the Chaves County Detention Center to bring Easter cheer to families of inmates. Martin's Capitol Café supplied 4,000 eggs and breakfast burritos, while El Charro provided tortillas as volunteers served meals.
