Israelis kill Arab rioter as West Bank march ends
Israeli soldiers shot and killed one rioter and wounded two others in Nablus during a two day march by thousands of nationalists who demanded annexation of the West Bank. A second Arab was wounded near Jenin as clashes occurred.

FBI agents kill gunman after hostage drama on private jet
In Denver, FBI agents shot and killed Roger Lentz after seven hours aboard a commandeered Piper Navaho with two hostage pilots. The incident began in Grand Island Nebraska, included two Colorado flights, and ended as Lentz boarded a Convair 990 en route to Mexico. Both hostages were unharmed.
