Roswell RV park plan faces public hearing and council vote
A zoning change for a 3.3 acre site in the 1500 block of South Sunset Avenue to host up to 50 RV spaces prompted an appeal after the Planning and Zoning Commission supported it. The public hearing and subsequent city council decision will occur at 6 p.m. at the Chaves County Administrative Center. The owner, Jason Garcia, says the project would improve the neighborhood as infill and provide lodging.
