Eighth judge excused from Griego case in NM

A criminal fraud and bribery case against former New Mexico Senator Phil Griego was reassigned to Santa Fe District Court Judge David Thomson for the ninth time. Griego's attorney excused Judge Sarah Singleton, and Griego pleaded not guilty to counts including fraud bribery perjury and tampering with public records.
