Silver Creek RM proposed Angusville as a central rental site for a joint office serving Rossburn Russell and Silver Creek plus a school board and credit union. Plans showed five to six offices with shared facilities, but cost estimates of 60 000 to 120 000 proved prohibitive and the board shelved the idea, seeking cheaper rental options within the division.
