New Religious Instruction Course Starts at Rossburn Elementary
Rossburn Elementary begins a non denominational religious instruction course for K to 6 students in October. The program, run by Child Evangelism Fellowship of Manitoba, requires parental request and uses volunteer teachers with no school cost. One teacher will be Neill Stitt of Vista, another to be hired, coordinator Mrs Nita Dueck can be contacted for details. Nearby garden notes report a cucumber grown by Mrs Mike Luba at Angusville 1742 inches long and 11% inches in diameter and potatoes from Rossburn and Angusville gardens.

The Rossburn 4-H Sewing Sisters held a reorganizational meeting on September 17 at Rossburn Collegiate with low attendance but hope for new members. The 1979 80 executive was elected: President Cheryl Hryciuk, Vice President Lori McKetiuk, Secretary Marianne Hryciuk, Treasurer Jo Ann Antonin, News Reporter Kim Antoniw, Head Leader Mrs. Alice Hryciuk.

Rossburn Rural Council Meeting Minutes 1979
