Rossburn Elementary and Collegiate in Pelly Trail School Division resumed classes for 1993-94 with enrollment of 144 in elementary and 105 in Collegiate. Rossburn students join World Youth Day trip to Denver
Three Rossburn teens Derek Lepischak Darla Lepischak and Shannon Heneghan were among about 170 Manitoba youths chartering three buses to World Youth Day in Denver with Fr Paul Tinguely. The Pope urged them to lead toward a just society as Mile High Stadium hosted the massive gathering. Darla Lepischak praised the vast turnout and energy of the event.

Building permits approved for three properties. Insurance add ons approved for recycling depot and related equipment. Subdivision for waste disposal site approved in principle. Lane openings exempted where lanes end at private property. Council authorized attendance at M.A.U.M. Area Meeting in Russell and other regional meetings.
