He operates satellite link tech for 8 Air Command and Control Squadron, coordinating voice data and fax between Haiti and Canada as unrest surrounds the UN peace plan. Maxwell notes deplorable school and hospital conditions, with protests delaying the ship carrying 193 soldiers. he remains distant from direct violence.
