Election Day Looms Amid Apathy In Rossburn Election
Town turnout on Nomination Day showed little interest in municipal affairs with only a few Village ratepayers present. Rural wards 2 and 4 nominate incumbents Wm Hyra, John A Plante and Mike Twerdochlib, Mike Baubie. Village seats see candidates T H Alexander, O R Hodge, J I Huston for two vacancies. School trustee contenders are Mary Mamalyga and N Sieinski. Election is Friday October 22.
