Lower Figure Skating Fees Set This Winter
The Rossburn Figure Skating Club met at the Elementary School on November 22 with nine mothers. They set lessons for Thursdays and sought ice time after 4 pm on Mondays or Tuesdays and Fridays 7 to 8 pm. Fees will be 3.00 per student. Officers for 1972 1973: President Alice Hryciuk, Vice President Doris Caldwell, Secretary Vi McKietiuk, Treasurer Marie Lion. Private lessons cost 2.50 for 15 minutes. requests due by December 1.

Figure Skating Clubs Set Up Russell Area Program

They planned a start in a few weeks and praised club cooperation for a promising year. Hair Care and Setting begins in Elphinstone on November 27 with potential expansion. A.M.A.H.A. Hockey Referee's School will be held at the Russell Memorial Arena on Saturday December 9 at 1 00 p.m. The Little brothers Bill and Lloyd will instruct.

P C Caucus Set for Birtle Meetings December 13 14

Fall Mission Brings Renewal to Rossburn United Church
The Rossburn United Church pastoral charge hosted a fall mission November 16 to 21 led by Rev. Art Henderson from Redvers Sask. The program featured a slide presentation on Israel, personal faith testimonies by Redvers laywomen, youth rallies by Redvers and Milden groups, small home discussions, and services on Sunday and Tuesday. Billets meals and coffee hours connected many local families, with Evangel Book Shop Brandon providing Bibles and books for the display.
