Heart Health Day Promotes Choices for a Healthier Lifestyle
The Rossburn District Health Centre hosted Heart Health Day titled It's Your Choice with stations on blood pressure, glucose, medications, air quality, diet, weight, activity, diabetes, stress and assessment. Nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, and public health staff guided about 120 participants through interactive stations at Rossburn Community Hall.
