Regional Hospital Auxiliaries Meet in Rossburn May 9

Funeral service for Darlene Stefanishyn at Lakedale Cemetery

Fishing at Local Lake Draws Crowds and Big Catch
Fishing Lake was busy with about thirty boats as anglers reported good luck. A Russell fisherman reportedly hooked a 9 12 pound pickerel the best catch to date. Rod and Gun writer R T Robinson visited, and officials remind anglers to limit daily catches to ten and release others. A street lamp now stands near the lake cook stove for visitors.
