Rural handi van service gains provincial backing in Manitoba
Manitoba Rural Development allocated 466273 last year to help mobility disadvantaged rural residents. Len Derkach announced a final 1995 96 payment of 27798559 to 51 communities under the Mobility Disadvantaged Transportation Program. The program offers a 6000 startup grant, up to 10000 capital grant, and 37.5 percent of annual operating costs up to 20000.
