A note from Stanley Topolinsky of Oakburn Manitoba expresses sincere thanks to the council members and rate payers of the R M Rossburn for ten years of service as patrol operator. He and his wife also thank the community for the party and gifts upon his leaving.
The Rossburn Collegiate Student Council thanks attendees of the May 4th Smorgasbord. Gratitude is extended to the students and their mothers for preparing and bringing food, and to the students who helped in the hall.

Mrs Evangeline Bingham and her son Trace left Tuesday to return home to Vancouver after a ten day visit with her parents. Nick Karmazenuk is convalescing at home now after spending some time in Russell and Rossburn Hospitals.
