New driver and vehicle licensing fees announced
Manitoba Highways Minister John Plohman announced a new fee schedule for driver licences vehicle registration abstracts and accident report copies to boost annual revenue by 9.3 million dollars. Changes include licences rising to 9 from 7 abstracts to 3 and accident report copies to 5 with March 1 1988 for registration.
