Rossburn 4-H Club held Achievement Night on Wednesday April 26 at the Rossburn Collegiate Au go. 81 completed projects in Clothing and Handicrafts with 28 red ribbons awarded. Members named to Rally Day in Oak River May 27 include Apron Jane Herchak and Skirt Cindy Kalyniuk along with Hot pants Shelley Koleski Centrepieces Brenda Baubie and Cheryl Michalchuk.

At the Monday meeting the Parkland committee discussed a pet show with Summer Fun Fair and a community auction sale to accompany the market garden sale. The Minnedosa Band offered to play on Sunday. A follow up meeting is set for next Monday at the Rossburn Hotel.

Pelly Trail Community Schools Programs and Workshops
Community programs run August 18 to 27 at Gimli Manitoba provide arts and crafts classes for ages 16 and up. The Department subsidizes costs, offers six bursaries, and travels for high school students in grades 10 or 11. Courses include pottery painting drawing music fibre arts drama and more. Also wine and beer making classes and a regional Ukrainian dance workshop in Dauphin with applications due by early May.

Drama Night spotlight at Rossburn Collegiate Drama Club
Rossburn Town Hall overflowed for the annual Drama Night presenting Rest Assured. Cast included Ray Glushka Janice Tokar Linda Matusko Pat Perchaluk Rev.
