Rossburn Council Approves Indemnity with Russell and Police Pact
The Rossburn Village Council met March 21 at 7 30 p m with Mayor Louis Kurchaba and councillors in attendance. They adopted the February 22 1972 minutes and the February financial statements, discussed bus parking and lagoon drainage, and approved a indemnity agreement with Russell for a pipe thawing transformer rental. The Centennial Contest involved Manitoba and other provinces. works from Rossburn earned top honors. The winning pieces are placed in a Winnipeg museum for viewing.
