Farmers discuss landowners agreement at Rossburn council
At the R M Rossburn council meeting Lloyd Bartkin Alex and Walter Sokolan presented on signing an agreement between landowners and the municipality for land use for a municipal road between the west half and east half of 12 21 24. Attending were Shannon Heneghan Scott Kostecki and Jennifer Kryshewski representing T A D D to explain their function and request help for a Calgary conference in late ch. By law 1277 third reading adopted estimates and rates for 1994, by law 1281 repealing 1267 and creating Machinery Replacement and Fire Equipment funds passed. Annual estimates and five year capital plan adopted and to be sent to the Department. Education levy of 28158 representing 8 mills residential and 18 25 business and Pelly Trail School Division education levy 210354 68 representing 18 50 million assessment. Reeve Sitko authorized to attend UMM meeting March 16 in Shoal Lake. Antonin authorized to attend Winnipeg convention April 25–27. all council indemnities and expenses paid. The RM will call for fuel tenders to be received by April 8 at 5 00 pm. lowest bid not necessarily chosen. See R M on page 5.
