4 H Public Speaking Winners in Russell
The 4H Public Speaking contest held in the Town Council annex Russell on Monday March 15 produced six Junior Division speakers with Lori McKietiuk and Betty Hryciuk among locals. Lori won the silver tray donated by the Royal Bank for her speech My Favorite Books. Wendy Tibbatts of Binscarth won in Intermediate and Karen Barber of Millwood won Senior with Tibbatts named Top Speaker and Barber Reserve. Winners advance to the Regional Speak-off at Binscarth on April 24.
