Fertilizer and chemical service eyed for Rossburn
At the March 12 Rossburn Community Hall meeting, villagers and RM officials discussed Twin Valley Co op plans to establish an anhydrous fertilizer and chemical service in Rossburn. Twin Valley outlined site options, staffing, delivery, and environmental requirements, with interest from Elkhorn and cooperation with Parkway Co op.
