Nine young people including Leonard Hyra and Evelyn Clunas attended the Rossburn Folk School last week. The program ran February 20 to 27 with Cooperative Principles Farm Problems Unions and Public Speaking topics. Marion Keating directed with Irene Melvin assisting. guest speakers included D L Fletcher P E Burnell and Vincent Poloway. Evening square dancing and social recreation complemented daytime sessions, though overall attendance disappointed organizers.

Ladies Win at Binscarth Bonspiel
Two rinks from Rossburn competed in the Ladies Bonspiel at Binscarth on February 27 and 28, finishing first and second in the Secondary event.
