Mohawk to open Minnedosa gasohol plant boosts farm economy
Mohawk Oil Co Ltd plans to establish Canada’s first gasohol plant in Minnedosa Manitoba. The project could use 700,000 bushels of grain yearly and provide an immediate cash market for farmers. Reopening the distillery with 20 initial jobs may grow as gasohol output expands, benefiting local businesses and reducing fossil fuel dependence.
